GSA OASIS - SMALL BUSINESS

The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA's) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The services provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

The General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS SB GWAC has been designated as a Best in Class (BIC) Professional Services acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

OASIS Small Business is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract (FAR 19.502) with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides (FAR 19.8 thru FAR 19.15) at the task order level.

OASIS contracts:

  • Provide a single solution for complex requirements.
  • Support multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces
  • Support commercial and non-commercial acquisition
  • Support all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
  • Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as other direct costs, or ODCs, at the task order level
  • Have no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option a benefit to long-term planning for complex program requirements

The core disciplines of the KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, INC. contract include:

  • Management and Advisory Domain - This domain includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, aid its endeavors to meet mission goals, and provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues.
  • Technical and Engineering Domain - This domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government. Work under this Domain typically involves the application of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems; and providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and issues.
  • Logistics Domain - Services on this domain include comprehensive logistics solutions, including planning and designing, implementing, or operating systems or facilities for the movement of supplies, equipment, or people by road, air, water, rail, or pipeline.
